More than land.
It's legacy in
the making.

04 · THE PLAN

Nine hundred lines.
A council stamp
and a date.

The approved plan is not decoration. It is the drawing the land is measured against. Keep the drawing large enough to inspect, and the copy quiet enough to let it lead.

13 · QUESTIONS

Ask us the question
a property website would avoid.

Is the title deed genuine?+

Ask for the relevant title documentation and have it checked independently. We will send what exists rather than describe it.

What does unserviced actually mean?+

It means the ground is as you see it in the aerial imagery. Services shown on the approved plan are drawn, not built.

Can I build straight away?+

Building follows the council process for the approved layout. Ask us for the current position before you plan a build.

How do I get there?+

Bangazan sits about 3 km from the Chipinge CBD, on the western edge of the town beside the dam. We will arrange the visit with you.

What is built on the site today?+

The dam, the wall and the land. Nobody lives in the township yet, and we would rather say so now.

Can I buy more than one stand?+

Tell us what you have in mind in the enquiry form and we will answer with the current position.
